Designer Tinker Hatfield added a reverse Swoosh on the medial side, and a glow-in-the-dark Swoosh on the outsole to highlight your footwork. Flexibility was an absolute necessity, which the Air Sesh accommodates with deep grooves in the sole. Another important consideration is the paradoxical ability of the tread to be simultaneously grippy and slick – surely an interesting challenge for someone with Hatfield’s portfolio to tackle. Other features on the sole include the Zoom Air heel cushioning and a Cushlon foam midsole that provide extra comfort and support.
