This AF1 maintains the traditional features we all know and love, notably the perforations across the toe box which provides its widely-loved airy feeling, and not to forget the chunky midsole underfoot encasing the sportswear giant’s renowned Air cushioning technology for optimal comfort and cushioning. Underneath, the date on which the logo was first used is printed: “June 18, 1971”. Sole units don’t partake in any commemorative nods, in favor of an all-white, semi-translucent finish.
