The Nike Air Max 90 has been used as a physical homage to music multiple times over the summer months — last appearing in a duo of “Mixtape” makeups — and now it’s set to release in a new “Vinyl” style that’s inspired by old-school records. Boasting an upper with a black base and red accents, these 90s then earn their nom de guerre thanks to the rubberized patterns present on the tongue and mudguard, both of which acknowledge the recognizable grooves in a vinyl record. A Nike disc and an icy sole complete the nostalgic shoe. This Nike Air Max 90 features a Black mesh and nubuck build with textile overlays contrasted with Red accents.
