Description
Designed by Ben Nethongkome, the Nike Kyrie 5 includes three critical elements. First an articulated forefoot zoom bag called, the Air Zoom Turbo unit that curves to wrap the bottom and sides of the foot. Designed by Benjamin Nethongkome, the shoe features an all-new Flywire system inspired by the Venus Flytrap. The mid-top sports a black Engineered Mesh upper, supported by a flytrap-inspired overlay for a locked-down fit. An articulated Air Zoom Turbo unit curves up to wrap the bottom and sides of the foot, while the high-traction outsole features a unique pattern inspired by Kyrie’s Hamsa tattoo. Lastly, a new traction pattern that draws direct inspiration from Irving.
